Taz, a Forum member on our Distributed Folding team, hit it big with a folded protein with an RMSD of 8.97 which was good enough to rank him number one in the world. One of Taz's computers crunched out the winning protein last week just prior to the project's goal of 10,000,000 samples on the current client.

I strongly suggest anyone who uses IE that is not fully patched with all the patches available, to read our post in the forums and make sure you check out the Microsoft link to get th patch needed to ensure you dont get infected with this latest variant. This is a nasty virus and will infect all versions of IE greater than 5.01 AND this time this includes the potential to infect any Microsoft OS since Windows 98.

IANAG were bored for a weekend and decided to delve into some Microsoft documents to see what they could find out about the upcoming SP2 for Windows XP.
Windows XP SP2 should only be a few months away from public release. The more I use it the more I like it! On top of what I've found just by using it I read alot of Microsoft's 200 page document and found some additional goodies that will kick in in the future.
