Package and Accessories

The ASUS Rampage Formula arrives in a sturdy box with a grey theme, that extends from the front to the rear of the box.

The front of the box showcases a couple smaller graphics, which indicates the presence of the Pin-Fin chipset cooling solution, and a full version of STALKER.

The back of the box lists the majority of the features that were showcased in the features and specifications section.

The box breaks down further into two more subdivisions, a clear plastic one for the motherboard, and a cardboard one for the accessory bundle.

Overall the packaging is sturdy, and should insure the product arrives to you in good shape.

The accessory kit is nothing short of loaded, and according to the ASUS specification page consists of:

External LCD Poster

ASUS Optional Fan

SupremeFX II Audio Card

3 in 1 ASUS Q-Connector Kit

UltraDMA 133/100/66 cable

For tweaking system setting while operating within the windows environment, ASUS includes their AI Suite. Once you open up the main menu of the utility, you can launch four different submenus:  AI Gear, AI Booster, AI NAP and Q-Fan. These four different utilities allow you to overclock and take advantage of various power saving configurations during your windows session.

The ASUS PC Probe II utility allows for some very detailed real-time system monitoring. As you can see everything from fan speeds, chipset voltages & temperatures is displayed.
