The Zalman CNPS10X Flex comes in the vendor's standard retail packaging for heatsinks and includes some decent studio photos of the product on each panel of the box. They also included a quick run-down of the heatsink's features on the front panel and also touted the heatsink's support for dual 120mm fans.

The back panel goes into more detail on the heatsink's support for dual fans and also highlights the black anodized fins in the middle of the heatsink. They also included a brief overview of the product's technical specifications and compatible CPUs list.

In the box, Zalman included four clips to mount two 120mm fans as well as a universal backplate that can be used with multiple CPU configurations.

They also added a variety of mounting brackets, sound-dampening foam strips, thermal grease, and other accessories to use this heatsink with all of Intel and AMD's past and present processor lineups.

Lastly, Zalman added a detailed user manual that guides PC builders through installing this heatsink on different CPU socket types. Overall, Zalman did a good job of creating a comprehensive bundle that should be more than adequate for almost any consumer's heatsink needs.
