Thermaltake Spedo Advance Package Case Review

Manufacturer: Thermaltake

Introduction and Features

Thermaltake is a well recognized name to most PC enthusiasts.  Thermaltake has been offering an ever expanding product line of enclosures, coolers, power supplies, along with numerous other accessories for many years.  Thermaltake designed the Spedo full-tower enclosure for enthusiasts seeking the optimum balance between style, functionality and value.  (And yes, the name is Spedo, not to be confused with Speedo swimwear.)

The Thermaltake Spedo Advance Package full-tower enclosure features seven external 5.25” drive bays and six internal 3.5” drive bays to help satisfy your storage requirements.  The Spedo Advance Package model comes with six case fans of various sizes for cooling all your internal goodies with minimal noise.  And there are additional pre-drilled mounting locations for optional fans if you want even more airflow.

The Spedo full-tower enclosure is available in two different models; the standard Spedo and the Spedo Advanced Package, which we will be taking a detailed look at in this review.  Both models are based on a steel chassis with silver-gray plastic trim pieces and black mesh grills.  The Advance Package adds an all black interior, additional cooling fans, cable management behind the mobo tray, and the Advanced Thermal Chamber components to the standard Spedo enclosure.
