Thermaltake Spedo Advance Package Case Review

Specifications and Packaging

The Thermaltake Spedo with the Advance Package is a full-tower enclosure designed for PC enthusiasts who want a large case that offers a lot of room inside.  The Spedo enclosure is made out of SECC (Steel, Electro-galvanized, Cold-rolled, Coil) with silver-gray plastic trim pieces and black honeycomb stamped metal grills.  The overall styling is very nice IMHO with a big-bold look that doesn’t come across as being gaudy.  The front intake fan included with the Advance Package includes red LEDs for additional lighting affects.

The Spedo arrived securely packed inside a large retail box printed with the enclosure’s main features and specifications.  The enclosure comes wrapped in dark blue cloth bag and is protected by two large foam end-blocks.

Packed inside the chassis is a box of parts, which contains all the accessories that come with the case (5.25”-to-3.5” bay adapter, extra 120mm fan, hardware/screws, cable adapters, and a printed User’s Manual).
