RAIDing throughput to the Max(tor)
Subject: Storage | November 16, 2005 - 05:24 PM | Jeremy Hellstrom
HotHardware has done a lot of testing on the DiamondMax 10. Not only do they try 3 different RAID types, but they also try different stripe sizes to see what effect that will have on the drive's throughput. If you are looking for a new hard drive, or just wonder what the different RAIDs do, and how well they do it, spare them a few minutes of your time.
