Probably the worst kept secrets in Taiwan (and there are a LOT of badly kept secrets here) are the upcoming collection of ASUS announcements today. First up is the unveiling of the new ASUS Eee Box PC based on the Intel Atom family of products.
ASUS plans to have the Eee Box on sale in mid-July for prices ranging $269 to $299 depending on your specifications and operating system. Both Windows XP and Linux are going to be available, just as we saw with the most recent ASUS Eee PC notebooks.
PS: does anyone else think they should have saved the name "Eee PC" for this desktop model?
