X-bit Labs pits the Q6600 against the brand new E6850 to see which gives a better bang for your buck, and whether 4 cores helps performance.  They try them both at their default settings, as well as getting the Q6600 up to 3.6GHz and the E6850 to 3.85GHz.  These two are the chips that will end up in a lot of systems, see which one reigns supreme.
