Acer has revealed a new line-up of TimelineX laptops, and perhaps the most interesting of the bunch is the TimelineX 1830T. The 1830T is an 11-inch 1366×768 notebook featuring an Intel Core 2 Solo CPU and the Intel GS45 chipset. Using the Intel integrated graphics, the new 1″ thick notebook is reported to last 8 hours. Connectivity includes HDMI, 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, three USB 2.0 ports, SPDIF digital output, and gigabit ethernet.

Currently many sites are reporting that a Core i5 will be in the 1830T will feature an Intel Core i5-520UM, it appears it may have a Core 2 Solo processor according to cached paged at Acer. This makes it slower than the Alienware m11x and the Acer Ferarri One, but still better than your traditional netbook with an Atom processor with integrated graphics.

While the TimelineX 1803T has not been officially announced, three other Timeline models were: the 13″ 3820T, 14″ 4820T, and 15″ 5820T. All of them running Calpella Core i3 or i5 CPUs.
