A Das Keyboard Ultimate is a letterless keyboard that offered some serious geek credit if you could actually type that way, but it also had a rather high price.  The price hasn’t changed for the Das Keyboard Professional, but at least the keys are actually lablelled.  It retains the basic shape of the classic IBM keyboard, with some changes that make it much more unique and solid, the keyboard weighs almost 3lbs.  There does seem to be some changes that occur in users of this keyboard, of which you can see an example when you hit the second page of The Tech Lounge’s review.

“Any keyboard will type, but the Das Keyboard Professional (and Ultimate) take the decades-proven IBM standard and make it perfect. Each key is crafted, every keystroke is perfect. The sound coming off it is musical. Gaming being just as important as typing, this machine turns would-be broken little fingers into nimble sprinting, crouching, or whatever you bind to left shift.”
