An annoying feature of this contest, is that the next entry can be no shorter than 24 hours after the previous entry, so the time creeps gradually later and later, and you can't just put in another entry a bit earlier the next day.

I'd prefer that they handled entries in 24 hour sections, so you could sign up for the next day's entry at any time the next day..

Oh well, I'll live, though my entry time is now brushing midnight...

I was wondering what they had against Rhode Island

Rhode Island has some silly law about contest's, been that way for some time, i stayed there for two weeks and will NEVER go back again.

I'm wondering what the writer of this article's title has against geography. Ummm, Rhode Island is part of the 'continental' United States. Here's a secret: it's not really an island. And another tip 'continental' United States doesn't mean what you think it means. Alaska is also on the North American continent. The proper term is conterminous or contiguous United States.

As a Canadian, the writer of this article is curious what the word is when you include Alaska but not Rhode Island.

"Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 49 United States and the District of Columbia (Rhode Island excluded)."

Why?

Just noticed that the case and motherboard in the grand prize are not compatible. Its an E-ATX motherboard and the case doesn't support E-ATX. So you would have to buy a different case.

Pass as all components are likely open box returned, repacked as new.
