Do like Star Wars games, PCPer and Unicef?  If so there is a Humble Bundle perfect for you running for the next two weeks.  Depending on how much you pay you can get up to 15 games and an X-Wing verus TIE Fighter t-shirt, with a percentage of your purchase helping us to continue to provide the content you love.  There is some overlap with previous bundles you may have picked up but for those of you missing KOTOR 1 or 2, The Force Unleashed 1 or 2, Shadows of the Empire or even the second Star Wars Battlefront game it is well worth the cost.

How can you resist that t-shirt?

That is a nice tshirt, but unfortunately I just bought the GOG star wars bundles over the holidays so I already have most of those games

Also, this bundle seems to use DRM-ridden Steam

email them and see if they will send it to you on punchcards

Digital distribution isn't the problem, DRM is. GOG and various opensource projects prove that point very effectively

It maybe a form of DRM, but it is seamless and updates your games for you. I guess you never had to re-install Battlefield 2 and all the patches did you. LOL :-P

Not BF2 specifically, but yes, I have had to do a lot of manual game patching over the years, and I'd still take it over what is forced on everyone now (although it need not be only one way or the other - options could be provided). At least back then it was you who were control of the software and your computer.

"Seamless", unless you want to run a specific version, or want to run software instead of patching, or have imperfect internet, or want to run something without needing to ask for permission every time, or want to manage directories differently, or don't want to be advertised to, or if you do something that the ruler of your computer doesn't like, or don't want every aspect of your computing to be data mined...

Ya, you can always give the games away since they didn't come with a GPU ;)
