We now have quite a bit of information on Intel's upcoming 8th generation Core processors, specifically the Core i9-9900K, i7-9700K, and i5-9600K.  The i9 will run with a 8 cores, 16 threads at base frequency of 3.6GHz, 5GHz Boost Clock, a 16BM cache anda 95W TDP.  The i7 will run between 3.6GHz to 4.9GHz, with 8 cores, no HyperThreading with a slightly smaller 12MB cache and the same TDP.   Lastly is the i5, 6 non-HyperThreaded cores running between 3.7GHz to 4.6GHz, with 9MB cache and the same TDP as its two siblings.

About the only thing The Inquirer doesn't have are the retail prices.

"Grizzled veterans of Intel chip news will remember that some details have popped up on what to expect from ninth-generation Core chips, which will in fact still be eighth-gen processors based on tweaked Coffee Lake architecture and will be dubbed Coffee Lake S."
