Wikichip's FUSE article(1) based on the AMD Initial Epyc/Rome presentation is now available with some interesting speculation on the various Epyc/Rome die configurations that the single large I/O die may allow for and that includes a GPU DIE and FPGA configurations also on the Epyc/Rome MCM. It's an interesting read with hopefully moer information to come as the full details of Epyc/Rome begin to become available.
