Allyn mentioned open source software that makes win 8 look and behave like win 7.

I suggest you pony up $10 and try retro-ui. I've tried a bunch of the W8 to W7 converters and this is by far the most polished, fast and most importantly STABLE converter I've used. It also will allow you to hybrid your setup to be W7 face and still incorporate metro at the same time. Pretty cool.

PcPer should review it because people should know about this great software.
