I don’t think server weight
I don’t think server weight will be a problem. They’ll just switch from server racks to server POOLS. Just pull the server stacks out of the pool like a nuclear power rod!

Now that makes sense. I was thinking more along the lines of no more raised floors. Apparently mineral oil is 0.8 (grams / cubic centimeter) = 800 kg / m3 and a 3.3' x 3.3' x 3.3' rack seems small to me. Double that puppy to 6' high and you've got over 3500lbs of weight … if you use the funny Imperial measurement.
There are already companies
There are already companies cooling with oil, like Green Revolution Computing :). It does require taking out the raised floors as they are not rated for the increased weight iirc.
They put the servers in big
They put the servers in big rectangular vats with heat exchangers, and they use the waste heat to keep the complex and other buildings toasty in winter! And some of the waste oil is used for the occasional hot oil wrestling matches between to more attractive female employees!
