Our Pricegrabber engine has a few new additions tha I thought I would point out this morning to you all. First up, there has been a lot going around about the new ATI X800 series of graphics cards, in particular the new X800 Pro card. This card can now be found on Pricegrabber, for prices listed around $360 or so. The XT version is yet to be found, and the NVIDIA 6800 cards are a blank as well.
On a similar note, the upcoming release of the Athlon 64 939 pin processors is nearly here. You can tell by simply looking through the Pricegrabber engine. We have the Athlon 64 3500+ Newcastle processor, the Athlon 64 3700+ processor and even the Athlon 64 3800+ Newcastle already listed on PG. Prices may be a bit high, but what is interesting to read is about the specifications the sites are listing, so have that a look.
There are still no 939-pin motherboards listed, but we'll keep you posted on that. There are two Chaintech boards based on the nForce3 chipset that may interset you. First is the VNF3-250 motherboard that is their low end offering, and the other is the ZNF3-250 motherboard, after their Zenith line of motherboards. Both are currently socket 754 only, however.
