It would seem that yet another "first social media network for PC gamers" has arisen, but if you are so inclined to sign up there are giveaways including Battlefield 1 and a CyberPower gaming PC.  You have your chance to win either:

  • FOUR Grand Prize winners will each receive an ultimate gaming PC, meticulously handcrafted by CYBERPOWERPC and also receive a free download code for Battlefield 1, offered by Kinguin.  The combined value of the prizes is $9,200.
  • TEN First Prize winners will each receive a download code for Battlefield 1, courtesy of AMD Gaming.

It is a chance at a system with a Swiftech liquid-cooled XFX Radeon RX 480 Black Edition 8GB OC @ 1328 MHz GPU, and a plethora of Logitech G Prodigy gear plus BF1 ... or just BF1, for signing up on either Facebook or Twitter.  If you are interested then click away, if not then proceed directly to the comments to vent your spleen.

A Swiftech equipped XFX Radeon RX 480 Black Edition overclocked to a blistering 1328MHz?!?

A whole 22MHz above stock?? lmao...I don't think a quality water cooling co. like Swiftech would be too happy for that kinda knee-capping of their good name. smh

If I recall core clock on 480 is 1120 with a boost of 1266. 1328 is 208(19%) over stock and 62 (5%) over boost. In my opinion that isn't a bad overclock. That is going to be rock solid at 5% over boost which is never steady and highly variable. At maximum you can get around 1400 on a good binned Polaris chip.

Still, this giveaway is real as the cake is real if you do not like the OC then try and win it and OC it yourself ? would that be a reason? to see what the liquid cooling is really made of?

Last time I checked, there are PLENTY of low priced Nvidia and Intel parts, but you forgot about that, right?

Grtribe has been around for a couple years now and do giveaways quite regularly. Just a quick note if you want to eligible to win one of their giveaways, you will need to upload a "valid profile photo" when you sign up for the site (or before the drawing). Meaning they need something to the equivalent of a photo ID.

I thought half of Kinguin keys were stolen? Strange that AMD partnered with a company with a shady background.
