Allyn,
Just had to jump through multiple emails and a phone call to ocz before I could get an rma number from OCZ for an obviously bricked ssd. I will now avoid OCZ as I would the plague.
Sorry to hear you lost your
Sorry to hear you lost your steam files. Steam backup is the normal way of doing this, but you still might have lost your demo files. This article show multiple way of going about it:

Speaking of bad tech support, I wrote off DLink years ago when they would not replace a dead router that had the words, “Lifetime warranty” on the box. The manual said this warranty was good as long as the original purchaser owned it. They said that their definition of lifetime was for their product and that since they had “end of life’d” the model, there was no longer a warranty. BS and a sure fire way to lose a customer for life.
On the other hand, I have had excellent support interactions with Logitech over the years. Their stuff is not built like a tank, but when it breaks, they do take care of you. Most of the time they just have you fax in your receipt and then they send you a new product. They even upgraded me when my 5.1 surround Z-680 sub went bad. Got a new Z-5500!

I’m an exploration Geologist, so I have to move my gaming computer about 8 times a month as I travel for work, so despite the fact that I’d get such better value for a desktop, I went for a gaming laptop so I can use the same machine all the time
