Introduction and Specifications
A tower-style CPU cooler with a 120mm PWM fan
The JUSTICE from REEVEN is a tower cooler with six heatpipes, and a 120 mm PWM fan with distinctive yellow-and-black styling. But what really matters is performance, and that’s what we’re going to find out about as we pit it against the Intel Broadwell-E test system.
Have you heard of REEVEN? A search on Amazon reveals only a pair of older models, but Newegg carries the full range of coolers and fan controllers the Taiwanese company offers. Prices are low for this segment, with their CPU coolers starting at $24.99, and this JUSTICE cooler priced at $42 on Newegg. What you get for this price sounds impressive on paper, and I wasted no time in finding out how that translated into real-world results.
REEVEN sent along a second 120 mm COLDWING 12 fan for us to test with the JUSTICE, as the cooler includes installation hardware for a dual-fan setup, and I tested the cooler with my Core i7-6800K in both configurations – with both stock and overclocked CPU loads.

Packaging and Contents
The REEVEN JUSTICE is a little larger than the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, but is still a fairly slim design for a tall (162 mm) tower heatsink.
There are six nickel-plated copper heatpipes, and the copper base (also nickel-plated) has a nicely flat, polished surface.
The accessory pack includes mounting hardware and an easy to follow installation manual.
Our review unit was accompanied by a second 120 mm fan; a PWM model with a 300 – 1500 RPM range.
Next we'll check out the installation process.

Thanks for the review. Don’t
Thanks for the review. Don’t know when I would have heard about this cooler if not for this review. Amazing performance and amazing price to boot. I always have gone with the Noctua, but at this price and this level of performance, this is a very intriguing option.

Air coolers have a much better price-performance ratio and do not need a pump that may be subject to failure, as well as being a source of noise.

I do. Noctua NH d14 on one
I do. Noctua NH d14 on one and a cm hyper 212 evo on the other. I had a number of machines over time that I created water loops for, and I have used AIO water coolers. But who wants the fucking headache of a pump dying or a water leak when they can get almost identical performance from simple, no worry air coolers? Obviously a lot of people, but many will come back to air no doubt. It is even worse when you build machines for other people and the AIO dies.
