In the podcast you say that
In the podcast you say that the 4gb and 8gb versions of the RX480 are the same and the only difference is the BIOS. However, during the AMD AMA on reddit today AMDRobert said this was incorrect here’s the link to the question he replied to.

I know that already. In the podcast they talked about the bios given to reviewers by amd leaking and people likely reflashing 4gb cards to 8gb cards re enabling a disabled 4gbs, but that’s not going possible because the 4gb cards will only have 4gb of physical memory according to the comment.

When will the AM4 based Motherboards and Bristol Ridge APU/CPU based systems be ready for review? Will PCPer be doing any Budget AM4/BR APU/CPU gaming system builds/benchmarking with RX 480/RX 470 Polaris graphics? I’m very intrested in seeing some AM4/BR based systems with Dual RX 480s, or RX 470s graphics cards for gaming/rendering uses.

I excitingly went to investigate Jeremy’s pick… But the damn game is being developed in Unity 5. Hopefully they’ll fix this – but till then I can’t give them more than 1 USD… Basically just so I could comment about this dumb choice. People are just blindly backing the game – thinking it’ll be developed with a real game engine…
What a totally bizarre and sucky design decision.
Disappointed!! 🙁
