Android 4.1, aka Jellybean, is not yet available for the Samsung Galaxy S III, so The Tech Report tested out Samsung's existing TouchWiz software and UI tweaks to the current Android OS present on the phone. They liked that a lot of the special functions available on the phone were controlled with the body as opposed to swiping motions on the screen, as you wouldn't want to smear that 720p screen. They did run into some quirks with the phone which they were less than impressed with as well as the history Samsung has of delaying the release of updated operating systems. That is probably why they ended up getting a Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
"Samsung's Galaxy S III is the hottest Android handset on the market right now. We spent a few weeks with one to see what it's like."

Yes. It’s not even close. The next best would probably be the Nexus, but the S3 has a superior CPU, screen, RAM, thickness, and also comes with a microSD slot. Clear choice is the S3.
Samsung galaxy and samsung
Samsung galaxy and samsung laptops will not keep their devices wifi turned off, my laptop wifi can not be disabled and will not stay disabled, even if I disable it through windows! This is a safty issue on airplanes, and a security issue for the laptop’s owners! I have had my laptop connect to a wireless network before the samsung control center has a chance to boot up, and allow me to turn the wifi off! Intel makes the wifi chip on my computer, samsung writes the controll center software, that does not work properly.
Windows should have more controll over the ability to disable the wifi adaptors on many laptops, buy not allowing
laptop OEMs to write software that interfears with windows 7 disabling the wifi, Intel you are part of the problem too, as you make the wifi chip! I will bring this issue up to the FCC and the FAA, and I will request that a hardware on and off switch be required for all laptops, unless the laptop OEM’s, the wifi chip makers, and microsoft and others can write system software that will keep the wifi, bluetooth, or other wireless devices turned off until the user turns them on!
