WTF, again on time with the
WTF, again on time with the video, is someone getting a bonus or so if the video is on time ???
It seems that way, doesn’t
It seems that way, doesn’t it. 🙂
More pixels, please. 640 x
More pixels, please. 640 x 360 stretched to 1920 x 1080 results in one big smear. If YouTube is paying for the bandwidth, why not give us more? Yeah, I know you on-camera guys would have to soup up your Skype upload speeds, but it would be worth it, would it not?
The problem is Skype doesn’t
The problem is Skype doesn’t really produce a great quality picture over the standard 480p resolution. Upload speed and camera can only do so much. My video for example is using a 1080i input signal from the camera into some software but Skype will only see it as a camera at 720×480 resolution, so we have to downscale it.
Since we don’t do this in the same place, doing HD is going to have to wait for a better video conference solution, that is just as FREE!
Great podcast as always.
Great podcast as always. I’ve been using mp3tag for years, and it’s a great program. It’s really easy to use for tagging large amounts of files, and it also can rename files based on the tag data.
Good to see they dropped the price on the 580M too. I’m not a laptop gamer, but I think for an extra $75 the added convenience of the Nvidia solution is probably worth it for a lot of people (at $300 it probably wasn’t)
maybe you guys should give
maybe you guys should give advice relative to the show and expertise lil more? allyn for instance his pick for ssd tweak program. etc. then have off topic pick if you like.
We do try to stay on topic,
We do try to stay on topic, but using your example … finding a new ssd tweak every single week of the year is difficult, I doubt there are 50+ good programs out there.
When we can though, we aim to please … if not then to share something we personally find interesting.
