The Antec Fusion seems aptly named, a mix of HTPC style, with some serious cooling. It is very easy to set up with the colour coded instructions and the quiet power supply and 120mm fans don't make that much noise. Take a look and see if you are as impressed as Overclockers Online.

They take 2 very different approaches, Intel's is to only allow pre-made machines to carry the Viiv label, while AMD has made a list of approved components, so you can choose between buying a complete system, or building your own. ENlight has gone and made a SFF PC case, that is essentially shoved into the back of a 19" touchscreen LCD. They even managed to do it without making it look too ugly. HEXUS has a full write up of this mATX setup, and found it very flexible.

The Tech Report points out the pricing of the Core 2s, and AMDs price cuts, have made it fairly cheap to set yourself up with a new system. Check out the 4 system recommendations they offer, and their subsititions for those who don't like the basic setup.
