If you are looking for fast RAM without the LEDs and other add-ons that are becoming common, or just have space problems and need some DIMMs that don't stick out too far then motherboards.org has a review for you.  The Super Talent T800UX2GC4 2GB PC2-6400 DIMM's do 800Mhz right out of the box, and they have some nice OCing results too.

The Patriot Memory PDC22G8000+XBLK DDR-2 is designed specifically to run at different speeds depending on the CAS latency you choose, and that is before you start tweaking for the best OC.  Add to that the fact that it performs well at all the speeds it is rated for, this is a really well designed DIMM.  The only bad news is that PC Stats got a sneak peek at them, you can't actually but them yet.

LOSTCIRCUITS interviews Jeff Lewis, the VP of Worldwide Marketing at Innovative Silicon, developers of ZRAM.  ZRAM is Zero Capacitance DRAM, essentially a SOI (Silicon On Insulator) device, allowing the removal of capacitors, the insulating effect means the transistor holds it's charge.  The bottom line is denser memory that goes faster, and the article gives very good basic explanations of the technology behind it, and goes a little bit into AMD's participation.

OCZ's newest DDR2 DIMMs, the XTC DDR2 PC2-4200 gets a full workout at OCMODSHOP today.  The XTC is Xtreme Thermal Convection, the heatspreaders are honeycombed copper, and should give you some good overclocking headroom from it's original speed, 533MHZ @ 4-4-4-12.
