The first time Neoseeker reviewed Crucial's DDR2 it was certainly stable, but not very good on the overclock. This second run of Crucial's DDR2 is a little more forgiving, reaching speeds above 1000MHz, when the timings are loosened up.

The new Patriot 2Gb kit, runs at PC-5300, but can Overclockers Online easily pushed it to run at 475Mhz by loosening the timings to 5-6-6-18. If you are looking for some value priced DDR-2, this might be perfect for you.

Corsair Memory was at Computex this year showing off some new product designs in the works. First up is a new heatsink and fan cooling system for high-end memory.

The system was an Asus M2N32-SLI board with an FX-62 processor from AMD's new AM2 platform. Most impressively, the DDR2 memory was running at PC10k speeds; thats 1252 MHz!
