On page 61 of the February 2007 issue of GamePro sits the second of two pages promoting the bright and shiny new world of destruction called Crackdown. As if this game's explosive mayhem didn't look sweet enough already, the lower right corner of the advertisement reads: "Includes invitation to Halo 3 multiplayer beta.

This is a really interesting look at the "grey" market for PS3s -- mainly on Ebay.
Within two days of the system's launch the going price dropped by over $1000. eBay prospectors across the country were stunned at the rapid depreciation of their investment. While they were still looking at $600 profit on average, it was a far cry from the windfall everyone had been expecting.
The smart thing to do in that situation would be to wait, right?
The Killer NIC card promises lower ping times and higher frame rates in your online games. Can it live up to its own hype?

I am sure that most of you with Nintendo Wii systems already know this, but the Opera browser is now available. You can now get to PC Perspective even easier!
Given that the Wii has a maximum resolution of 480p, on-screen text normally meant for computer monitors would be difficult to read on a standard or enhanced definition TV. To offset this, the Opera browser has 'Intelligent Zoom' technology that enlarges objects on the page with the + button.

I was hoping the PS3/PS2 controller adaptor would allow me to finally put away my PS2 by allowing me to play Guitar Hero on the PS3. Well after two small release date push backs, I got an email that it was going back to Februrary now!
