The DX8 Dronez engine is showing once again that is not very attuned to merely processor clock speed. While the 2000+ does see a slight increase in the performance, even at the 1024x768 resolution, the game is just too video card dependent to get a nice boost from the processor upgrade.

Of the two Wolfenstein tests, this demo (from Anandtech) is more video card dependent. However, that doesn't stop the 2000+ processor setup from beating its younger brother by about 3.5% in frame rate.

The performance increases in this test (also from Anandtech) are very similar at just above 3.5% in the lower resolution.
