Some color changes and flaws may appear.While the numbers below indicate that the Dynatron DY1206BH-625/638 did not dethrone our current champion, the performance was nevertheless extremely impressive, when you consider the numbers achieved along with the suggested retail selling price of $ 29.95 for the 625 and $ 31.95 for the 638.
The comparison below reflects the 10 best performing HSF’s that we have reviewed for AMDMB.com. Each HSF is either + or – the average attained temperature of our champion, presently the Thermalright SK-6. The last column lists the approximate retail selling price in $USD. Compare them for yourself!!!
All prices listed are based on current retail pricing to the best of our knowledge and include the Delta 60 mm fan where applicable.
As you can see we have a virtual log jam amongst our top ten HSF’s and with very little separating our top eight, other factors like price, looks, likes and dislikes all enter into the decision making process. For all but the most fanatic Overclockers, all ten would serve the average user with distinction!!!
The Dynatron DY1206BH-625 does have a few very important factors that may influence your decision. It has a secure mounting mechanism, it’s one of the best performers and it’s priced not to break your budget!!!
