Legit Reviews invested the significant amount of money it takes to build a QuadFX system, and overclocked it as far as they could. At 3.1GHz the system leveled out, so that is the speed the used in comparative benchmarks with the QX6700. Even though the performance did increase, can it possibly reduce the performance gap, especially when you consider the $200 difference in CPU price as well as the motherboard.

OCMODSHOP picked up the new Wii title, "Wario Ware: Smooth Moves", without any expectations of enjoying it. As it turns out, this huge assortment of mini-games provided them with a lot of fun. Read the review, and you might just agree with them, this could actually be a lot of fun.

The Vantec Piano 101 laptop dock is up for review at OCMODSHOP. It contains a fan for additional cooling, 2.1 stereo speakers and USB 2.0 ports, among other handy add-ons. Since it only weighs 3lbs, it can actually be part of your kit on the road, although it may be a bit large to stick in your laptop bag.

[H]ard|OCP links to a story on some amazingly fast wireless. 6 gigbits a second isn't quite the wired record of 14 terabits, but it certainly beats current standards.
"CSIRO researchers have announced that they have achieved a six gigabits per second over a point to point wireless connection.
That is fast enough to download almost 10 DVDs a minute. Wow."

You've got dual GPUs, and dual cores, so why not dual transformers? The Tagan EasyCon XL 700W that SPCR reviews has just that, to go with the quad 12V rails. Each can handle up to 20A (56A total) and 672W are devoted to those 12V lines. There were a few issues discovered along the lines, so keep reading before you run out and buy one.

Sitting around the $300 mark are 2 cards, one from nVidia and one from ATI and [H]ard|OCP has put them in a head to head contest. The 7950GT is based on the 90nm G71 core with 24 pixel shaders, 8 vertex shaders, and 16 ROPs with a clock speed of 550 MHz, and a 512 MB of 1.4 GHz DDR. The ATI offering has a faster core and double the pixel shaders, but only half the memory. Find out if there is a clear winner.
