The Tech Report kicks off CES 2007 with a look at ATI's newest TV Wonder, which features some nice HD capability. Using OCUR (Open Cable Unidirectional Receiver), a standard for digital cable tuners that cable companies use, you will be able to plug in a CableCard and record or watch. Most interestingly, this is not really designed as a standard graphics card, it sits in it's own case and connects via USB 2.0.
