Sunnyvale, Calif.-April 21, 2004-AMD (NYSE: AMD) today announced the
AMD Opteron(tm) processor powers the new, industry-standard HP ProLiant DL585 server. The four-processor server, which became available today, was first announced in February 2004 as part of an expansion of HP's standards-based server portfolio.
