We’ve been hearing about the Dell Streak for quite some time now, with prototypes popping up in street markets in China, to drunken photos at cocktail parties. Now Dell has finally gone official and confirmed that the 5″ Android handset with a 1GHz Snapdragon processor will be launching on June 4.  Engadget reports that the Streak will also be upgradable to Android 2.2 and support Flash 10.1. The device looks nice, but I just wish they could have come up with a better name for it.

Dell Streak Gets Official, iPad International Invasion Begins, MSI X350 now Available - Mobile 5It looks like the iPad is starting to make its way to giddy consumers around the world with customers getting shipping confirmations in the past few days. International iTunes stores have also been updated to include an iPad section as well as iBooks available for downloading (I downloaded my copy of iBook yesterday). Even though iPads are shipping, supplies a slim and some shipping dates have slipped until June. I have been lucky enough to have my iPad now for a few days and while I enjoy using it, I have yet to find my killer app for it. My kids love it for drawing and playing Disney movies, but that’s a pretty expensive portable media player for them.
