Crucial's Ballistix PC3-12800 CL8 BL2KIT12864BA1608 DDR3 1600MHz 2x1GB RAM has a really long name to remember when you try to buy some, but it is worth doing.  Not only does the stock speeds and latency offer some incredible performance, Benchmark Reviews managed to push the RAM to 1825MHz.  The lack of XMP support is this kits biggest flaw apart from it's price, but if you want the best you have to expect to pay for it.
