[H]ard|OCP got their hands on a BFGTech GeForce 7800 GT OC H2O!  It's watercooled right out of the box, although you do need to have an existing watercooled PC to add it to.  See just how far they can push this beast!

BFGTech is well known for taking video cards and bringing a guaranteed and warranty approved factory overclock right out of the box for you to enjoy more performance. As we all know, there is only so much you can do with a heat sink and fan unit using air-cooling. The rule of thumb with computer hardware is that cooler temperatures generally equate to higher operating frequencies. As every computer enthusiast knows, water-cooling is an overclocker's friend. Typically, not only does water do a much better job at cooling, but it also produces less noise than a high-speed heat sink and fan unit. BFGTech has realized this niche market of enthusiasts who use water cooling and have developed an out of the box ready to go water cooled GeForce 7800 GT OC with higher stock speeds than what NVIDIA employs for the GeForce standard 7800 GT. In fact, the clock speeds on the 7800 GT OC Water Cooled card (from now on we'll call the card the 7800 GT OC H2O) are even higher than a regular BFGTech GeForce 7800 GT OC. "
