NVIDIA is using its Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/NVIDIAGeForce to tease another upcoming graphics cards with the following image and the subtitle of "It's Coming."

While there are zero details and the photo is about as ambiguous as it gets, we have several speculations about it.  It could be another Kepler-based graphics card like the GTX 670 or GTX 660 but more likely, we are seeing something higher end that NVIDIA wants us to get excited about.  Is NVIDIA already prepping the dual-GPU variant we are guessing as the GTX 690?

Like I said, it's basically impossible to tell based on the photo, but apparently we'll know "soon".

Saw the superclocked+ evga 680 in stock for a whole 5 minutes today on newegg. While it's not the version of the card i'm looking for (hopeing there will be a lightning or extreme edition 4gb msi card soon). It saddens me to see them go out of stock so fast :(

If the 225w base card is already struggling to get higher clocks because of it's severely limited TDP, then I can only imagine that even with two 8pin connectors and a limit of 375w the now dual GPU card is going to be fighting to stay anywhere near the stock clocks of the GTX 680. I think I'll be waiting for the GK110 to replace my GTX 570 SLI setup as those things took to a voltmod really well. Darn. Here's hoping it's out before Quakecon.

It's not a new gpu at all. It's simply the new page at Newegg that pops up when you search for "Geforce GTX 680.":P

Please let it be the 670/660/650. I'm really keen to see what they've done with the rest of the 6 series. Hopefully it will spur a little more competition with AMD 7 series.

We all know what the 690's going to be anyway, likewise with the 7990 whenever they come around to releasing that.

Yes,FFS, let it be the 690. There are people out here with good cash just waiting for Ivy bridge and the 690 or 7990 to come out, already.
