Alienware Starts Selling SLI Systems

I got an email from a forum reader that pointed me towards the fact that you can configure an Alienware system with SLI graphics cards today.  I poked around a bit more and found this informational page announcing that Alienware has support for NVIDIA's SLI graphics technologies.

The system that you can configure uses two 6800 Ultra graphics cards on Intel Xeon processors, using the Tumwater chipset I am guessing.  You'd better have the American Express card ready though, as the default configuration comes up at more than $6000!  The estimated ship date on a system purchased today is currently December 1st, so don't expect to get it shipped to you tomorrow, even if you did shell out the cash.

It's great to see an (un)official release of SLI systems, but waiting is getting even harder!
