Digital Life, one of the smaller shows for the tech community, opened today in New York City. I just got an email that AGEIA is on-site there with some new annoucements and showing off some new technology. They have some software on display, as well as the first public showing of the PCI Express version of the PhysX card.

AGEIA will also offer a sneak peek at its forthcoming PhysX PCI-Express card. This highly anticipated new card is based on the AGEIA PhysX Processor, the world's first and only dedicated chip designed to power dynamic motion and interaction in complex environments for a new dimension in gaming realism. PhysX PCI-Express cards will be available integrated into new gaming PCs in time for Christmas, 2006 from AGEIA's leading OEM system manufacturers. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
