It certainly sounds easy enough to use. Just plug the USB TV Tuner into your home PC, and then plug your cable into the USB tuner. Once you are at another PC (at work, for example), just start a Skype video call with your home computer and you are watching TV. Drop by The Inquirer for more on this handy device.
"WE'VE COME ACROSS a curious new product courtesy of those wonderful Japanese types, that allows you
to watch TV through the new medium of Skype.
Basically, a USB TV tuner which presents itself as a webcam, the Novac NV-LF2000 has some cunning
software which plugs into Skype and lets you talk to your TV tuner to tell it to change channels, so
that you can watch TV even if you don't have an aerial!"
