The next time you find yourself browsing on a pubic terminal, the creator of Browsar hopes you will use his program to keep your surfing secret.  A tiny download that overlays IE, and deletes any cookies, passwords or autocomplete information you may have left behind.  The Inquirer has a link to this little program, perhaps a way to avoid identity theft.
