Hi,

0:15:12 - 0:16:20 "With the 50% IPC increase claimed on the previous page we can tell you that we are definitely seeing higher bust clocks with Silvermont than Saltwell in the same power envelopes."

I just, I would ask you. What is so amazing (or incredible) between IPC: in-order execution (Intel Saltwell) and out-of-order execution (Intel Silvermont, AMD Bobcat, AMD Jaguar, VIA Isaiah)?

an example:
Cinebench R11.5 (1xCPU) "single-threaded"
• Intel Atom D2700 2.13GHz (Satwell, in-order execution): 0,23 pts (100%)
• VIA Nano X2 1.6+GHz@1.73GHz capable (Isaiah 2008 year, out-of-order execution): 0,38 pts (165,22%)

There you go, "You raised the campaign total to: $17,053". Always nice to break a millenium mark, no ;-) ? Now I will start thinking about subjects to talk about for the conference :P Make sure Josh and Alan are there also :)

Aw, my bad. No need to be offended, I love all of you :) If I ever come and live in NA, I'd probably prefer to come over to Canada.

BTW, canuck used to be an expression for French-speaking canadians , does that apply to the Canadian PCPer'ers ?
