Get your fix from Uclue, a new service by the researchers involved in what once was Google Answers.   One of the first questions they answered is how Uclue will differ from Google Answers.  It is currently in beta, so it is hard to get a perfect grasp of what the service will do.  This article on Ars Technica may help you to figure out what it is all about.
“The researchers behind the now-defunct Google Answers aren’t willing to let what they consider to be a great service die and are getting together to start their own service: Uclue. Uclue functions in many of the same ways that Google Answers once did, minus the giant megacorp bureaucracy and with some slight variations. So far, all of the researchers employed by Uclue are former researchers from Google Answers.”
