Intel Declares Regular Cash Dividend

 SANTA CLARA, Calif., March 24, 2005 - The Intel Corporation board of directors has declared an $0.08 per share quarterly dividend on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2005 to stockholders of record on May 7, 2005.
