The Icy Box IB-MP301 HDD Media Player is being sold as an alternative to a full HTPC.  With support for up to a 500GB drive, an RCA audio jack and both RCA and VGA video outputs, it is certainly slimmed down as is the price, with a MSRP of about $100, but don't expect it to act as a PVR.  If that piques your interest, read to full review at Overclock3D.
