It appears BlueGears has discontinued support for the HDA X-Mystique and the VR-Fidelity. The same post references a contact at a new company called Auzentech located in San Jose, CA. Auzentech’s temporary website shows the products acquired from BlueGears and is now responsible for RMA and support for those products.
BlueGears will be announcing a new line-up of products in February 2006.
“From February 1, 2006, BlueGears will not be liable for any past, current, and future of any sales, support, and RMA issues for HDA X-Mystique and VR-Fidelity.”
