AUSTIN, TX -- June 13, 2005 --AMD (NYSE: AMD) announced today that the latest movie by Robert Rodriguez, 'The Adventures of Shark Boy & Lava Girl in 3-D' was created using dual AMD Opteron™ processor-based servers and workstations at Rodriguez' Troublemaker Studios in Austin, Texas. The story of 'Shark Boy and Lava Girl' was conceived by Robert Rodriguez' young son Racer Rodriguez and opened in theaters across the United States on Friday.
