The Cooler Master V10 Hybrid T.E.C. Cooler is big, bigger than any other heatsink you will find on a PC.  It looks more like something you would find in an industrial application.  Seriously, look at the fully assembled picture, it hangs over the edge of a P6T Deluxe!  There are two 120mm fans hidden in the shroud along with two seperately aligned heatsinks, a dozen heatpipes and a thermoelectric cooler.  All that hardware adds up to some serious cooling, PureOverclock had a Core i7 920 running @ 3.8GHz and only hit 72C.

“Today we’re looking at Cooler Master’s V10 CPU cooler, a beast of a unit that is big, brash, and bold in its styling and performance claims, boasting thermoelectric-assisted (TEC/Peltier) air cooling for today’s hottest Quad Core CPUs. A tall order, to be sure, but as they used to say, “the proof is on the track”. We’ll do just that, pitting the V10 against another top air cooling competitor on a highly overclocked Core i7 920 CPU that’s juiced up to see if the Peltier can get the job done or get left in the dust.”
