In the search for a quiet PC, many companies are taking their own proprietary methods and improving them.  Such is the case with Arctic Cooling's Silentium T2.  A very wide PSU, with large fans, an upside down case and a unique airflow design make this case worth checking out.  Silent PC Review has some new tools to display the sound coming from a PC, and they pull out all the stops for today's review.
