9 waterblocks, what's hot, what's not
Subject: Cases and Cooling | August 25, 2006 - 11:06 AM | Jeremy Hellstrom
sgOverclockers has gathered quite a collection of waterblocks, and today they gather 9 of them to contrast the best and worst in their designs.
"Now back to the topic, we have here nearly every single high-end block on the market now and those
that have been around for the past 3 years almost with few noted exceptions (DD Maze 4, Swiftech
MCW5x00 series). However, before I get my cojones roasted over a slow burning fire about how I'm
testing the blocks, how biased my attempts at quantifying my results, or how lack-luster my test-rig
is, I shall spell it out here and now, this is an OVERVIEW of the blocks with some highly biased,
certainly inaccurate and altogether un-noteworthy testing data that shall be included in a small
little page at the end of this review."
