Intel says Xeon Phi does
Intel says Xeon Phi does Peak 1 TFlop double prec. floating point operations per sec.
nivida says Kepler GK110 will provide over 1 TFlop of double precision floating point operations per sec.
Only the bemchmarks will tell which processor is faster with the math!
However not having to code in openCL is a big PLUS for Intel with the vast store of x86 libraries out there!
